QIAN Hui graduated from Shanghai University as a robotics major in 1991 and receivedhis MBA degree from China Europe International Business School in Shanghai in 2005. He washonored as a “model worker in Shanghai (2010-2014)” in 2015. In 1997, he was a foundingmember of Shanghai Fanuc Robotics, a JV between Shanghai Electric Group and FANUCCorporation of Japan. Under his reign as general manager, the company saw its businessvolume surge from less than a million yuan in 1997 to nearly 5 billion yuan in 2016, securing anindustry-leading market share.
