Huabing Jiang is the chairman of Shanghai MRobot Technology Co.,Ltd., also commonlyknown as 'Chancellor Jiang'. He got his master degree from Zhejiang University. He startedhis career at Siemens and then joined Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.. He had been working atHuawei for 16 years. He successively served as the deputy PM of mobile base station, the PMof test terminal, the head of 3G global test system and the minister of the hardware department of Shanghai Institute. In 2002，He founded Shanghai Huawei mobile research team and led the team into making a significant breakthrough in CDMA field. In 2006，Huawei defeated Samsung in the field of the mobile phones with the similar quality and owned the largest market share ofChina domestic market.
In 2007 , Huawei had sold more than ten million mobile phones. In 2009, He served as thepresident of the production line. In 2011, He served as the president of Huawei terminal in LatinAmerica and was responsible for oversea sales, managing more than 60 countries.
And the revenue reached 1.2 billion dollars in 2012.
