XIAO Jun joined JD.com in 2007. He was in the core team in charge of the company'swebsite and supply chain system, before heading operating system design and development.As the founder of JD.com's warehousing and distribution system, he presided over theimplementation of the aftersales service system and the fully automated "Asia No.1" warehouse,contributing to the technology-driven development of the company's core business. He wasappointed vice president heading JD.com's operating R&D in 2014, and director of X Departmentin 2016. In full charge of smart logistics, he is leading in-depth group research on unmannedwarehousing, UAV, driverless car, and warehouse robot.
