龙宝罗先生现任IET（英国工程技术学会）中国区负责人一职，全面负责IET在中国的业务拓展，与全国各地的主要业务伙伴、高校、政府机构及协会组织、国内外企业等建立与加强合作伙伴关系，共同推广国际注册工程师、征文会议、培训、高校学位认证、科学期刊以及INSPEC在线数据库。

他于2014年来到中国。在其职业生涯中，宝罗先生曾在亚洲、中东、非洲和欧洲的非营利及营利性组织机构工作，专注于可持续发展、网络安全、人工智能、可再生能源和扶贫等领域。

Paulo Lopes is the China Country Head at the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) and responsible to lead IET’s expansion in China by building partnerships with key partners such as government entities, universities, multinational companies, and associations across the country to develop  •  international professional registration for engineers  •  call-for-paper events  •  training  •  accreditation of university degrees  •  scientific journals  •  online database INSPEC.  

Paulo has more than 15 years of work experience in strategy, innovation & technology, consultancy, and certification across five continents.

Throughout his career, Paulo worked in non-profit and for-profit organizations focusing on sustainability, cybersecurity, AI, renewable energies and poverty alleviation throughout Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe, and has lived in China since 2014.

Paulo holds a MBA from Tsinghua-MIT Sloan as well as MSc Environmental Technology, Imperial College London.
